After so many days, I'm finally in a really good mood. Haha, must really exercise more often since it really does help in changing moods.
Benefits of exercising
- Prevents coronary and cardiovascular heart diseases.
- Helps to tone your muscles
- Helps to relax stiffen muscles
- Secretes some hormones which will make you feel better
(Haha, from what I know that is)
Suddenly, I feel rather accomplished today and more hopeful of the future.
Ok, I'd better continue from where I left off.
